  • Eligibility requirement

    • Secondary school diploma

    • 24 months/ 2 years of agile experience within the last 5 years (a current PMP® satisfies this requirement but is not mandatory

    • 28 hours of training in agile practices, frameworks, and methodologies (21 hours will be accepted until 31 March 2025).

ACP Day-2

ACP Day-3

Product: Gain skills to manage the product backlog, oversee increments, and visualize workflows. These practices enable you to prioritize effectively and focus on value delivery, ensuring each step aligns with customer needs and business goals. 

ACP Day-4

Delivery: Optimize workflows and maintain agile practices throughout the project lifecycle. Learn to manage metrics, address impediments, engage customers for feedback, and eliminate inefficiencies, while focusing on continuous improvement for project success.
